Has any one tried to turn tippy tops?
So far 3 tries and 3 fails but 1 realy close

look up "making a tippy top" corrrection "turning a tippy top"

Matthias Wandel just made a video of turning a "Tippey Top" last week on You tube.
Of course he made his on his new homemade lathe.
He goes into great detail on how to make it, why it works and what to watch for.
Check it out and you are home free!
